Can’t fault these guys, they know their stuff and their highly efficient most times walking out same day with a fix! Very friendly staff and they are always welcoming. Their prices are fair topped by their know-how in repairs and suggestions. I’ve used them for years and will continue todo so. Thanks guys.

Having used Antechs for some years, I have to say I was appalled by their recent 'service'. Having handed in my laptop for a repair and paid for the diagnostic, I then waited a month for a reply. After calling them myself, I was informed they had sent me a text (which I never received) and that they would have to order in a part. Another month after confirming this, I call again, having had no word whatsoever concerning an update to the situation. Apparently, they were still waiting for the part to be delivered. Yet another two weeks passes, now ten weeks without my laptop, and I go into the shop only to be informed that the company they were ordering from no longer sold the necessary part. After ten weeks they hand back my labtop still broken (taken from a pile on their desk with no nametag!) and told I would not be refunded for the initial diagnostic. As if it didn't end here, they didn't give me back my charger, and I returned a week later to have them turf through a pile of chargers in the corner and produce mine (without a tag again!) after about five minutes and a few half hearted apologies. All in all, this is not the business it used to be, highly unprofessional and zero customer care.

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced, helpful, and generally great all round.
