Story

The Antalya Restaurant has been established in Nottingham since 1989, as the city has developed and grown so have we. We often have guests from some of the larger organisations in the region. The management are very proud That the Antalya Restaurant has grown with the community and continues to participate in local special events.
The restaurant has been a focus point lovers of Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.
Turkish cookery can truly be described as an art. Many recipes have been passed from generation to generation throughout centuries and under the influence of many cultures.
All dishes are made according to tradition using only the finest available ingredients to give the true taste and flavour to our selections.
Now, it is time to start sharing with your friends and family the enjoyment of the art of Turkish Cuisine.

Staff are kind. Nice interior. Special offers in the afternoon and Pre-Theatre set menu. The quality of the food used be great. however it is still delicious. Turkish coffee is the best part of the menu.
Walked straight in to our booked table, warm greeting., Great menu, efficient service, very busy staff coping well, free nibbles, nice meze, stunning main meal , dessert and coffee,, get some draught beer in though.
It was my first time to visit an Authentic Turkish Restaurant. Luckily it was a great experience and Staff was very humble and nice. The food I Dish i ordered was an Chef recommended for Vegetarians and it's name is Vegetarian Moussakka Served Hot it contained: Layers of grilled aubergine,courgette,potato,bell peppers, onion topped with bechamel saurce served with rice and Vinaigrette green chilies/Carrot salad. I loved this dish and loved this restaurant, recommend to all the people who want to taste delicious Middle Eastern food.
I had a reservation, yet had to wait 20 mins to be seated. The waiters weren't cordial, they rather appeared annoyed when requested something. It also took a while to receive the cutlery and water when requested. The portion size is rather small in comparison to other restaurants. Overall, it was far below in terms of service received in other similar grade restaurants.
We had a fabulous meal there was a deal for £25.00 per person i think which included coffee or tea. The meal was the best took me back to Turkey. We had a belly dancer as well and are planning to go again when we are back in Nottingham next. If she's there join in by clapping as she is trying to entertain you for free
Dinner for 2 as a treat fast turned into regret at a cost, received poor customer service. The staff are really rude, aren't open to constructive criticism, and talk about the customers in their own language. A poor imitation of a Turkish restaurant, the food lacked in flavour, and smelled like everything had been cooked in the same pan, with every dish tasting like a smoked sausage we never ordered over lapping burnt, oily smells and tastes. Waited forever to get our food which turned up cold and waited even longer between courses. Cutlery and glasses were dirty, and they even charge for tap water. Without a doubt, an amateur business, run by family members, who clearly can't cook. People rating this place with 5 stars must have had a few too many because this is an embarrassment to true Turkish cuisine, And then the price tag is unjustified, when the food and service is just sooo disgusting. Best avoided unless you're too drunk to know what you're eating. Belated review.
Had heard such nice things about this restaurant and therefore decided to take missus for her birthday dinner on Monday night. As expected restaurant was not busy. Menu looked nice but unfortunately food wasn't. Chicken was raw in middle and hard from outside. The manager's explanation was that we leave chicken pink as otherwise it gets chewy. I think it was more of a case of microwaving the chicken. She was not pleased and didn't order any replacement dish. Kindda put a damper on an otherwise perfect day. Probably won't be going there for a long while :
Love their lunch deal. I really enjoyed their lamb shish. It's a family-friendly place with a good customer service. The plus thing is you can find Turkish traditional raki and turnip juice. You could not find this in random pub.
Excellent service and staff! Excellent food and really nice atmosphere. Very affordable prices. Highly recommended
Awesome dinner, plus there was belly dancing, helpful and polite staff, excellent taste in all of our dishes!
