Nice little restaurant and waiters seemed alright. They didn't serve alcohol but food made up for that as it was brilliant. Worth getting a table at.
Our first time in Bognor Regis and we were not sure where to go for dinner, so we looked at reviews and decided to give it a try since it was our first time there. This was a wonderful experience for my husband and I, and I must say that we were not disappointed Our first impression of the restaurant was that the owner greeted us warmly as soon as we entered the property, and we were made to feel very welcome, even before we had even set foot inside. our starter is beautifully presented . In terms of our main meals, they were amazing, very tasty and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bognor regis who wants to have a great meal.
We were recommended to order from Anokha by a friend. The first and the last time. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We waited 2 hours for our food and it was marked as delivered with no food in sight. We tried to call the restaurant and they were incompetent. Screaming and shouting in the background and they hung up on us. We have contacted Deliveroo and we have to wait 24h to receive our money back. We have been looking forward to our takeaway night all week for it to be ruined. £45 out of pocket and no dinner.
Great food. Good service. Lamb Biryani n all the sides added....can't beat that for service!!
Ordered just after 8pm, didn't turn up till after 10pm. When it turned up it was cold, called them and they said they would send out a fresh order which would be with me within 1 hour. 11:45 pm called restaurant to find out what's going on, they told me to "stay awake" for 5 more minutes.... Asked to speak to a manager but apparently he wasn't there... I always order from Anokha with no issue but tonight was unacceptable!!
We went to the restaurant at 8pm they knew how many people they had to cater for however there was only one member of staff serving and taking orders for a total of 25 people. Which took almost 45 just to write down the orders and drinks . The food in its self took 2 hours to arrive and the portions where slightly bellow then averagely sized , additionally they charge a feee for service which is rediculuius as the service is rubbish and they overprice the drinks extremely one drink is £3
Delicious food at a great price It was amazing, I will definitely come back. The food was fantastic, the staff looked after us well, and we will definitely come back again!
Really disappointed with the takeaway this evening. Rather pinkish chicken korma, funny tasting poppadoms. Whether they have a different chef is the reason, don't know. Perhaps I should have returned the meal. Unless someone responds to this rather negative review might try elsewhere in future. Sorry
Do not use, placed order at five past six, wrong food that was cold came and when we called we were promised it would come In half hour two hours later still didn't arrive, would not refund so we had to take the food at ten past nine and it was definitely not worth the wait, terrible service, will not use again.
Long wait for collection take away but understandable for there Thursday banquet night. Excellent customer service offered a free drink on the house for the wait can’t fault there service friendly and attentive
