Great shop great sexy stuff for my wife to wear on a Saturday night love it

Unhelpful staff. Wrong size legs outfit purchsed and wouldn't exchange. Unhelpful indifferent lady on the counter. Horrible experiance never use again. She even opened the item up in front of a que of people which was embarrassing and showed no descrete behavior. How can you treat you customers this way.

Poor cheap quality produce.  Exceptionally rude and unhelpful staff.  I will not be using Ann Summers again for any underwear purchases after the service I received at this shop.  Much better quality alternatives available.
