I have been going to Animed for over 20 years with various pets, dogs, cats, rabbits and Guinea pigs. Sadly our last visit was to say goodbye to our beautiful precious 16yr old dog Poppy. Whitstable branch were incredibly supportive and sensitive in dealing with me and my daughters. We stroked, cuddled and told Poppy we loved her as she slipped away. I cannot thank them enough for all the years of excellent service and kindness for my poorly pets.
I have such high respect for everyone at Animed and feel such immense gratitude. The whole team - reception staff, nursing staff and vet staff - is incredibly kind, patient and very professional with my dogs, and with me! We have spent so much time down at the Animed clinic over the last years to help one in particular of my beloved Spanish rescue podencos who has developed many health problems in her older age, surely the result of her hard start in life abandoned to starve on the streets. Attila is our "family vet" who we rely on so much, and Shannon too. They have both extended our girl's happy life with their knowledge and skill, but also actually with their love for her. It is something else when you feel a team brings love to their job as well as expertise.
Superb service from the moment I called them, to an appointment offered straight away for my dog Teddy with a poorly paw. They put us all at ease during our visit and wonderful aftercare. Thank you so much Animed.
My dads has been coming to surgery for around 15 years with his dog sadly his dog is a poorly but the staff have been amazing especially Trina who very kindly dropped off some medication to my dads who also not very well thankyou
Every animal I've ever had has always been with Animed. They always do such an amazing job for my pets, the vets and nurses are absolutely brilliant and the reception team have always been welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you for everything you do Animed.
Very understanding and respectful when our family pet had to be put down. Always knowledgeable and helpful
My pet and I recieved prompt service as I had a emergency. Was diagnosed quickly although I did go back again 3 hours later for more reassurance as felt absolutely useless with be able to help my little buddy . Also full diagnosed fully as more symptoms had accuried.
Unproffesional, over priced, gave me and my beloved dog 5 minutes appointment whilst walking in and out of the room. Told me she didnt have time to read my dogs notes. Disgusted by the way this vets treated my dog and within 1 week shes been laid to rest. Took her to another vets for a second opinion. Whistable Bay Vets which were so kind and caring and everything you expect from a vet that truly cares. Animed should be ashamed of themselves.
Very polite and friendly staff, it was my first visit to them. They made me feel relaxed about leaving my kitten with them for treatment. Thanks ladies.
Very good local vets. Nice staff. Bit of a changeover of vets now since it was taken by a big company, but the receptionists keep that local feel; all familiar faces. They often run late with appointments, but to be fair the vets give you time and love your animal.
