Excellent help and support provided by the Animal Trust team. Looked after my dog perfectly and had a follow up appointment to check she was well before discharging. Was my first visit but won't be my last and I highly recommend them to everyone.
How can I say I loved it really, when I'd taken a sick dog at 2am. But staff their waiting for us, very efficient. Treated dog with care and respect. Told us everything that was going on. I was their with my niece, her partner and their dog. Great place if u have an ill animal, a not for profit vets.
They were amazing as I went in on a Sunday as my whippet Milo was injured and needed stitches. He was seen very quickly, Vet was lovely and understood sight hounds, all the staff were so friendly warm and caring.. Milo came out with staples and bandaged they did an amazing job as whippet's don't have much flesh on them they managed to handle him with out an anaesthetic so could go home, I could hear him talking to them so he felt comfortable. He goes back this wednesday for staples out. Thank you to you all he suffered no trauma's after his visit.

My kitten was hit, killed and kindly taken to Animal Trust, Ellesmere Port, where she was scanned to discover my contact details. Staff were then able to inform me dealing with this sad situation kindly and sensitively. Thank you
Had a few issues with this vets in the 3 years I’ve been going but nothing really bad & just put up with it. I even emailed a complaint about 4/5 months ago and still waiting for a reply . This time I asked the vets for a prescription and bought the medication online for 86p per tablet. My medication has not arrived yet due to the postal strike so today I rang and asked for an emergency weeks supply to put my dog over the Xmas period. I was charged £33 for 10 tablets !! I told them this is a complete rip off . I’ve been charged all different amounts and I really feel they make the price up as they go along . They say they don’t charge for a consultation but what they charge in medication makes up for this ! They say they are a non profit vets I don’t believe that for one minute. They said there was a dispense fee on top of the medication fee and that’s why it was so expensive. This is not mentioned on the website and wasn’t mentioned to me when I ordered them. I expected to pay double for the tablets so around £16 for 10 tablets. I’ve actually been charged £3.28 per tablet! I’m looking for a new vet as I don’t like being lied to . No wonder so many dogs are being abandoned if this is the type of prices you’re expected to pay !!!!
My cat a stray i took in had a cyst above it’s eye on the outer side of the lid that was leaking and I was told to leave it on, otherwise the entire eyeball would need removing. Went to Cambridge Road vets and they removed the cyst without any issue at all and the eyeball did not in fact require removing.
Absolutely massive thanks to everyone at Animals Trust at Ellesmere Port for the way they treated our cat, Cambria with only the best interests of her who was very poorly. I couldn't ask for any more, updates twice a day without fail, clear explanation of the treatment plans and what was going on and when things changed they had no issues with us bringing her in any time 24/7. Amazing care and service for which we're grateful for, big thanks.
Incredibly helpful vets, always manage to help and give the best advice, I would highly recommend them
