Angouleme Retail Park

Purchased a ticket for up to two hour stay and then received a PCN from ‘smart park’ for staying for on the car park for 50 minutes. Not the first time either! Scamming genuine customers, definitely will not be getting any more of my money!

DO NOT PARK HERE. We paid at the paybyphone meter here for 2 hours parking, got a £60 PCN from smartparking several weeks later because they manage the car park and it was the wrong meter. Absolutely predatory company, no clear signage to indicate which car park is managed by which provider. Essentially a scam

Absolute scammers. Sent a PCN by Smart parking ,3 weeks after the visit ,which i am sure I paid for the parking but unfortunately had to pay the £60 charge. If you park there KEEP SAFE your PARKING TICKET for at least a month, so you do not pay these scammers.

It's a good retail park but was in tesco petrol station this morning picking up petrol, 2 Asian lads on the tills, I entered said good morning, and when I left I also said good bye, there ignorance was so thoughtless, not a word like you never even existed, if that's the staff you have on your till tesco, you really do need a re think, I'm rather disgusted with there attitudes.

Parents paid for 2 hours parking, few weeks later came home to a £60-100 fine from Smart Parking who manage this car park. Nothing but a scam. Avoid this car park, if not, make sure you keep your parking tickets.

DO NOT USE this car park massive rip off apparently this part Argos etc isn't the same car park and is run by smartparking. I bought a ticket from meter because the closest one was broken paid £5 for parking yet have received a fine for £60 absuolute Scam..Bury is a dying town... council need to sort .will not visit again

It was very quiet when I was there and I've been there 3 times this week Staff are very helpful and friendly but seem dishearted by how quiet it is This isn't there fault we haven't really recovered from the pandemic . Hopefully it will pick up soon .

Paid for parking through a pay and display, smart parking claim we havent paid. Even after sending the picture of the ticket displayed they still try to argue their case. Not backing down absolutely not paying it. Scammers.

Hi, I park in this place as we went to TK Max paid a ticket, I finish at the correct time and took 2 min to disinfected my hands and put thinks in my car, and for that reason, they have charged me with a ticket 2 min over the time. This is very unfair but they ask why is lest people on the high street, why the stores are disappearing, well that is why. They will ask you to present proof of ticket, question Do you keep a paper ticket the answer is NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
