Not at all good, I live locally and have used them but would prefer an alternative. Rang to book cab lastnight in advance at 6pm for the last train at 1.05am 'we don't take bookings as we go home at 12.30 there'll be 4 or 5 cabs waiting'...... no cabs!!... just not a good service.  The cars and drivers are fine but office staff poor

I am sorry to hear that some people have not had a good experience because mine was the total opposite. I booked two cars for an evening pick up and two for a return journey on the following day. Both cars turned up as expected on both days. Clean cars, courteous drivers, reliable service. Couldn't have asked for more. We were there for my son's wedding and their excellent service helped to make the day perfect. I can't thank them enough.

Appalling service. Called to book a taxi and it was confirmed - when arrived at the station approached a large white taxi from Angmering Station Taxis and asked if it was my booking. The driver began to tell me I can't have booked with them because my company usually used a different service so I assured him I had. Then called me a 'stroppy little woman' and told me not to get in his taxi because he 'couldn't be arsed'. Can definitely see why chauffeur Taxis are preferred transport for my company. Another taxi driver from the company was very lovely however and took myself and my colleague to our destination.

Used to be great and reasonable priced.  They are now extremely expensive quoting £140 return from Worthing to Gatwick airport. £40 more than anyone else!  Telephone operator very rude and patronising when I queried the price. Considering we have used them for 10 years, they couldn't care less.  A real shame as the lady we use (Pauline) is lovely, and I have recommended her to so many people over the years.
