Booked online. Great website! It makes booking a taxi in advanced so easy. The driver turned up precisely on time. He was happy and friendly. The car clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend Arrow taxis. 5 star experience.
I have had issues with Arrow in the past but have recently been using them and had great experiences.nToday’s driver was a very friendly nice gentleman. We had a chat the whole journey and it was lovely.nA great service.
Had booked this taxi firm quite a bit in advance and they were brilliant in sending an email straight away to confirm booking. They were on time picking us up both ways. If I was in this area again I would definitely use them again
Use them everyday. Often twice in a day. Am mostly pleased with the service which is why I've given 5 stars, but there are times when the booked cab is late, or the drivers don't have the knowledge of the area. Presumably they are licenced drivers from other towns.i have once or twice had to direct them from pickup to drop off. Doesn't give a good impression of the company to those who may use it on an ad hoc basis.
The taxi driver was rude and difficult. I offered to pay before my trip due to lack of signal where I live and unfortunately, I had no cash on me.nThis has not been an issue previously. He was really difficult about it. He didn’t acknowledge me when I got into the car.nHe drove incredibly fast around bends and cyclists.nAnother annoying thing, he didn’t drop me to my destination. He dropped me off round the corner which is very bizarre as the location had a drive way. The drivers name was Harun.
