Shocking! Avoid at all costs, much better if you pay the extra for a reputable firm to expedite your exchange of contracts and completion in a timely manor. This 'firm' are currently responsible for a chain potentially collapsing because of their inability to answer or return phone calls - currently 15 weeks into the process which should have taken 9-12 weeks, and still no idea when contracts will exchange. They are not my solicitors - thank god - but are about to have one very unhappy Client when they loose the house of their dreams - truly truly unprofessional and awful

Unprofessional, poor quality conveyancing service which almost resulted in the collapse of a chain. Update Aug 2016 - I'm very sorry but this no case of mistaken identity as suggested by a later review. There are also two other firms who represented the other people in the chain who would agree with my comments. Obviously this is now 3yrs ago and perhaps things have improved but I personally wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Regarding the two reviews listed we do not recognise either of these persons nor the matters to which they refer nor have we been approached by such persons directly. We suspect therefore their reviews refer to another firm of the same/similar name and unrelated to us and have raised a notice with Google accordingly to have these reviews removed as not referring to our firm.
