I ordered for house special fried rice yesterday night and its the worst I ever had. I should have read the previous reviews and stayed away from Andrew’s. Avoid getting from this takeaway if you don’t want a bad experience! No option to leave ZERO STAR!!

Me and my sister we ordering and the woman who had asked for my phone number had said this is not a really phone number and I had said it is but she had hung up me and my sister had called manlyes and the came in 20 min and it takes andrews a half an hour my and my sister were anger that the woman was so rude when the food gets here it is soggey and to saltey it was like sea water I haven't order in months :[
Worst Chinese ever absolutely disgusting the food was uncooked , Grey and off definitely going be sick in the morning waste of money
90 minutes for delivery of terrible food, they must of used about a cup of salt in each dish! Phoned after 60 mins to query where food was and was told it had left with driver. Over 30 minutes later and still no sign of it, they wouldn't answer my number to explain so had to call back on private number. When they did answer they wouldn't tell me whether the food was in the car for over 30 minutes or if they just lied the first time about it leaving. Used to be a decent Takeaway - terrible now
They get one star because I can't post with no stars. Ordered for through just eat at 7 pm its now 8.30 and the food still hasn't arrived this is the 5th time ordering delivery from here both thought just eat and they're phone line and it is over an hour and a half. Had to ring and cancel my order as they haven't even prepared it this is in my eyes the 5th time they have forgotten about my order. 5th time in a row I might add. Will never get take away from here again. Useless.

Terrible. I ordered a 4-1 and received the bare minimum amount of chicken for them to be able to call it a 4-1. Phoned to complain,told they're very busy and "sorry about that". Definitely not returning.
Food is always gorgeous but waiting 1 hour and a half on your order to be told your food is only being prepped is ridiculous
