I ordered the "Epic" pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. It was anything but epic. By the time it was delivered it was barely warm. It was supposed to have a seasoned crust on it. The crust had nothing and was dry. As was the rest of the pizza. Barely any sauce or cheese. Way overpaid. By the time you pay the delivery fee and delivery it's an extra $10 and definitely not worth it. Probably won't be back.
I ordered online for delivery. After two hours and many unanswered calls I decided to pick up the pizza myself. When I arrived to the store, many orders were seating there for awhile. This store is taking orders but not delivering them and customers have no idea about it. They gave me my money back, but that's not a good compliment for me. This store doesn't answer the phone at all and by doing that they are ignoring the costumers. I had to eat very cold pizza. I don't look for free pizza I prefer to pay for pizza and get it hot and I understand if a store tells me that it will take another hour as long as they are not ignoring me like this store does not answering the phone. If you don't want a bad experience don't order from this place. Terrible management!
Usually this location is pretty good some issues here and there but nothing too bad that hasn’t been fixed but I have had a issue with my recent order it’s been weeks now and because it hasn’t been address or rectified I am giving them this review. I ordered cheese sticks and there was pretty much no cheese on them and when I tried to reach out to customer service online and I got no responses, twice. I ordered later in the night so didn’t call and I hate calling so I decided to just contact them online but no one has gotten back to me and this is the second place that has messed up my order and I am so tired of it.
On my great search for some good pizza service in my new area I continue to fail. I wanted to try the new bites and I ordered the Oreo and Chicken Parm ones. It took an hour to be delivered and after tip it was $17 the food I got was cold and didn't look amazing plus the Oreo ones where missing the icing cup. Sadly a complete mess and felt like a waste. I called and talked to Chris the manager about and told him I didn't want anything he apologized, but if you order from here this could be your experience also. I may try one more time in the future. Ordered on line with expected delivery of 45-55 minutes. Pizza arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. It obviously had been sitting around for a long time. The cheese was congealed and the pizza was ice cold. I will go back to ordering from Brenz Pizza in Dublin. Same price. Far superior pizza.
Walked into store to find music blasted we’re you can hear F bombs every other word. Assist Manager Xander or Zane lies directly to my face about my pizza having 3 cheese blend. Several of my slices missing cheese and sauce . After I paid and I check my pizza in the store in front of him ,Zane refused to refund me my money .Told me to talk to his manager. This not Papa Johns guarantee. He refused refund me money and I will be contacting corporate.

I placed an order around 9:15 PM. After nothing arrived by 10:45, I attempted to call the location a couple different times. No one ever picked up the phone. I never got my order, yet I was charged for it; I guess I'll have to dispute through my bank. Obviously a very lousy experience.
Got the buffalo sauce on one of two pizzas. It was mostly flavorless. I kept trying to taste the sauce and got nothing. The other pizza was normal sauce with a few toppings and was just fine. I wish they would cut the pizza all the way, though. It's like they intentionally partially cut the crust so my kids have to get adult help. I used the coupon to get two medium two topping pizzas. It was done fast and was hot on pickup.
