Lost a sale 12 noon today! Saw a pair of £135 shoes in the window. Walked in and ignored by assistant who was too busy chatting to her friend Walked out and bought shoes elsewhere!

Would be great, but found the staff rude. not accommodating at all. very discriminating if you have more then one child. we were going to buy 3 of our kids shoes. 2 year old twins and a 4 year old and we were not allowed to both be there. anyone who has ONE 2year old knows how hard it is to dress them and keep them “in check” well imagine that with 2 of them . will never be back. it’s twice we had horrific experience at the aberdeen store. Highly recommend Dance fit or Rainbow dance instead .

Love this shop. Friendly helpful staff. I got a beautiful pair of Tamaris boots there recently & the pale blue Ecco shoes I bought years ago are still like new.

Got exactly what I wanted at the right price. Only one other customer but had a long wait for service. Once served everything was fine.

I have visited this shop on four occasions as they do seem to stock some quality footwear but everytime I have been there I have failed to get served as they are more intent on trying to sell ballet shoes and the like to children so after my fourth time of trying to purchase two pairs of shoes I took my custom elsewhere. Shame as one pair of shoes I could not find anywhere else but I wasn't about to waste my time anymore.

Friendly, helpful and knowlegeable staff. Good fitting range of shoes. Pleased this indenpendent store is still open for business as an alternative to the big chains.

Great staff very friendly, helped my daughter get fitted for tap shoes whilst making her laugh and feel at ease.
