I called them for an emergency and someone told me she was too busy the whole day and couldn’t help with no other suggestions. Which kind of vet is this one?

Called up, was transferred to another receptionist(?) not sure. I explained it was an emergency (my dogs had ate tablets that they somehow got ahold of) was told to come in. Turned up nobody was there, i'm not sure if it was anyone at this centre or another but if the person on the phone would have gave me better advice (e.g go straight to the pet hospital) instead of giving me the run around.. could of been a better outcome.

I've had them shut their door in my face when I showed up 20 min late with my suffering animal. I called them 5 times to to tell them I'm running a little late, but no one bothered to answer the phone.
