Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and always make time for their customers. Excellent customer service. Extensive marine, tropical, pond and cold water live stock and dry goods. Well stocked reptiles section selling a wide selection of reptiles. Very clean and easy for wheelchairs to get around the ground floor. Sadly, there is now wheelchair access to the upper level where the reptiles are but a request has been put in to the management. However, staff are always willing to go and get any reptile related items including live food from the upper floor for their customers who have mobility needs. Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from all the staff.

I went there this morning with a broken pump which I thought was bought there. It turned that it was bought elsewhere but the very helpful young man nonetheless set about repairing it for us. He managed to but showed me what the problem was and that it was likely to happen again. I decided to buy a pump which he recommended and it is perfect. I would also add that several other staff asked if they could help whilst we were waiting for our pump to be looked at and I saw them with other customers and they were clearly knowledgeable and very friendly . I cannot recommend this company enough. A massive five stars.

very good stock friendly staff all but one who still thinks he knows best. and also sold a tortoise whilst I was there to someone who had done no research and thought just his knowledge alone was enough to master the appropriate sell when you go to other places who insist you know the basics before they will prompt a sell so lose two stars for this as that animal will suffer without a little knowledge.

Greta little fish shop, has a massive range of tropical fish and a smaller range of marine. They also have cold water and out door fish. They have a great range of equipment to suit all budgets. And the customer service is outstanding
