Been served by lovely young guy yesterday. He was so positive and smiley, the hot chocolate was delicious and they even had paper lid for it!
Cups are flimsy. Ordered a tea but had to throw it away. The cup was dripping wet and I was covered in it.
I buy a coffee here roughly once a week. The staff are incredibly hard working and super efficient - the queue always moves quickly, so a great choice when you're tight on time. Plus the coffee is fairtrade.
The only coffee shop to offer nutmeg sprinkled on your coffee that I know of, along with charming hard-working East European staff.
