I have been to Jo a number of times but now I won't be returning. I was considering a style change and showed her a picture of a shorter style I liked which she was happy to go with and then basically did her own thing. My cut is nothing like I asked for. It looks like I've been growing out a short crop for about 2 months and I am having to spend far too long to make myself even vaguely presentable in the mornings. She didn't listen, didn't show any understanding of my hair type on this occasion and didn't ask to see the picture again and I stupidly didn't stop her before it was too late. Luckily my hair grows quickly and I don't have the time to worry too much about it.
