I have been having reiki with Irene for a few years now and have benefited greatly. It helps reduce my stress and anxiety and in response to that I deal with my pain much better: The feeling of relaxation and peace while having reiki is wonderful and I always feel safe and cared for. Irene is one of the most loving and caring souls I have ever met and I will continue to go to her for treatments whenever I can. I highly recommend Amethyst Holistic therapies. It is a genuinely relaxing and spiritual experience whichever treatment you choose.

Just had my first appointment with Irene now lockdown has eased. After having a consultation with her we decided on Angel Card reading followed by Reiki. I had l lovely relaxing session. Irene made me feel totally at ease and comfortable through out. Everything was Covid safe so I had no worries about anything. I can't wait for my next appointment for some more "me" time.
