I was visiting Katie for some physio on my neck and back earlier this year and fully recommend this service. She was very patient focused and listened to my concerns. The treatment was very well executed and with further detailed exercises I had to do myself, I am on the road to recovery. Through attending the clinic I was made aware of the available Pilates classes. I am so pleased I joined as they have been extremely helpful and my flexibility is returning. Again I fully recommend these classes. A Big Thank You to everyone at The Amesbury Physiotherapy Clinic, you are great.
I've been attending the pilates classes for the last 4 years and whilst they're sometimes hard work ! they're always good fun. The classes are always professional and cleverly designed to suit all ages and abilities, with care taken to address the health/injury concerns of individuals where necessary. A big thank you to Nicci, Sarah and the rest of the team who went to great lengths to ensure that we were able to continue our classes online throughout the pandemic. Look forward to continuing the classes for many years to come!
I really want to share my excellent experience with Amesbury Physiotherapy Clinic! I first saw Nicci after a hip replacement 4 years ago. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging and I was walking well very quickly. Weekly Pilates classes followed and I am amazed by how my flexibility has improved. The whole team have been fantastic throughout the pandemic and have continued the classes on Zoom. Thank you to Nicci, Sarah, Sam and Emily- a very skilled, sensitive and thoughtful team for your clear classes with just the right amount of challenge!
I have had several years of outstanding Pilates instruction supplied by Amesbury Physiotherapy Clinic, from face-to-face at the beginning to latterly adapting to classes via zoom, instructed by various members of the team there. The classes have been varied, as energetic as I can be, well instructed, welcoming and friendly. Age is not a barrier and ailments and injuries are catered for. Highly recommend to all.
I have had many years of outstanding Pilates instruction as well as treatment and management of acute and chronic back and knee injuries. The knowledge and expertise at Amesbury Physiotherapy Clinic is fantastic. All the team are lovely, professional and really know their stuff. Highly recommend!
If you are looking for a professional Pilates class in the Amesbury area, then look no further than the APC team. Classes cater to all needs and abilities and I feel so much stronger in my core which allows me much improved movement and general wellbeing. Nicci and the other instructions are very clear with their instructions and they act quickly to remedy any faults in technique. Highly recommended.
Pilates online has been fabulous since April 2020- clear instruction and demonstration, personal response to questions and correction for beginner errors: direct but sensitive. Hardworking on the muscles making a real difference to me throughout my work and relaxation. Upbeat and a pleasure to do.
I've been doing pilates with Nicci for at least 10 years if not longer. The teaching is excellent, varied and fun. I have also seen Nicci in her physio roll after badly breaking my leg. She was invaluable to my recovery which also benefitted from the years of pilates. It was great that Nicci knew what I was capable of prior to my injury.
I have been attending Amesbury Physio Pilates lessons for many years and love the classes and all the people. Thank you so much to Nicci and Sam for continuing to run lessons throughout Lockdown. We really appreciate all your efforts. Now we are back face to face which is even better. Thank you!!
Superb care by the team. I can highly recommend Nicci Caswell. I always feel valued and have been given careful advice on measures to improve my mobility. Her Pilates classes are superb and during the lockdown classes via Zoom a great success. Parking and access to the building is excellent and Reception staff extremely helpful
