Nice staff, Phil and Anna are friendly people so I would give them plenty of stars for a high rating but the gym wasn't great. Not many weights; few chipped and damaged disks and barbells. Plus not enough equipment and I was told not to do any powerlifting exercises in the beginning of a deadlift because "it isn't one of them kind of gyms.... it is not on a ground floor so the floor isn't safe enough for deadlifting". After being told this by staff I still trained here for a few months but then ended my membership as I realised this isn't a gym for progressing but simply for maintaining.

Only attend for son's Tae Kwon Do, but he (and all the other students) really enjoy it and Phil is a great instructor.
