The worst customer service, they are really rude and have no professional manners to handle customers. I tried to call for a full 30 minutes no answer, although in the website it says working hours on Fridays are 9-6. The customer service agent said because Friday is weekend in Sudan no one is working, they should amend their details on the website with information that matches their actual working hours as this is an international company and has branches in many different countries. And after all the customer service agent kept saying that you can take your money or find other options. I’m very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for over a year now, I would always do my transfer online with no need to a direct contact with the staff members and now this is how they treat their Loyal customers!!! The online service is good but pray that you won’t need to speak to a customer service!!! I can’t even choose a star but no other options!! PS: Altras should make sure when assigning someone to handle their social media platform and messages to be a professional that it’s highest purpose a customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation not cat that scratches it’s own face and everyone else’s!! Edit: the customer service guy didn’t like my review he canceled my account with the company!! It says a lot about their professionalism!!
I dealt with company inexperience own by a wealthy family they think global business is done similar to the Sudanese mess, i send a transfer throu them it me a long period and they gave a refund at the end but it is a waste of time,I am better off western union.
