Before the pandemic this was a brilliant cab company. Now it is useless. Cabs never turn up. Have stopped using them
Repeated non existant service in Hockley. Would have given no stars is it was an option. On this occasion, Saturday 20th August at 11am approx. Phoned from home for a taxi 5 times. Each time the call cut off after a few rings. Walked to the cab office in Hockley station instead. It was in darkness and locked. Gave up and got the train to find a queue of taxi's waiting on my arrival in Wickford for the next part of my journey. Same every time! Impossible to get a cab out of Hockley now. Terrible service.
Can never get hold of this company anymore, they never answer their phones and if they do and it’s a future booking I’m told to call back within daytime hours noting it was only 7pm.
Waste of time never answer phone.never have cabs … someone needs to start a new cab firm up in Hockley

Used as a taxi on a busy Sunday night. Driver was polite, professional and didn't turn down my business despite it involving an 'out of town' drive from Pagelsham to Rochford. Will definitely be saving the number to use again.
Brilliant service , I've been using this company after having a extremely disappointing experience with Andrews taxis . I have been using Alpine taxis ever since and so far had no issues only polite quick service. Today a driver went above and beyond his way to help me catch my train after there was a accident in hockley . Not only did the driver go a different route but also refused to charge me for the extra journey! Extremely happy and will keep recommending
Impossible to get a taxi from Hockley railway station today. No one answering the phones in the office. Waited 50 minutes and no taxis turned up. Finally had to call a company from Southend.
