How can anyone say this letting agent is worth 5 stars, they are incompetent at organising any type of repair work either on time or employ good contractors. We have been waiting over a year for repairs which have now cost over £20k’s worth of damage to a house they are supposed to be the letting agent for. Ahmed Terry is all talk and no action, everything get blamed on everyone else! Shocking and unfortunately we are stuck with them for now as we can’t find a house in our area for our needs !

good luck with this so called company e mailed  over  5 weeks about a property no reply back called  five times spoke to different people every week with a different answer from them and then no call back  from anyone told property was taken of the market by the land lord and now today a let aggreed on the advert great company not

All round positive experience from this company. Would recommend.
