Michael is the only person to go to in the area with a bike problem or for a routine comprehensive service. I have found him to be very experienced and knowledgable. Been to him twice now with issues and the problems were solved and fixed very quickly and efficiently. Customer service is excellent. Far better than other technicians I have used in the past.
