This place deserves 5 out 5 for the quality of their pizzas. Particularly the Mediterranean which I often order. What let’s them down badly is their collection and delivery times. Tonight’s experience was delivery within 1 hour collection in 15 minutes, so opted for collection. Didn’t leave house for 15 minutes, 10 minutes drive, arrived and still had to wait 15 minutes…. My previous order was to be delivered in 1 hour, it took 1 and a half hours. I can always accept an exception bug unfortunately this is regular. So I can recommend off quality of food but do not expect collection or delivery when expected.

Ordered tonight 11/3/22, £31 worth of food. Was told on the phone it would be an hour until delivery which we was happy with. For then the food to arrive 2 hours later after ringing to chase it, the pizzas were also cold. Very disappointed and will not be using this pizza place again in the future.

Delivery late, chips like cardboard and a pizza that I wouldn't feed to the animals. The delivery drivers politeness was the only plus point.

Real shame, we used to buy from here regularly but the last 3 orders have been bad. The first one was not complete and we never received the missing item and the last 2 took 2 hours to arrive.... 2 hours is shockingly bad. Sorry but I won't be ordering again. Pizzas were really nice too..

Took 2 hours to arrive for the £8.90 mixed kebab to come filling half a tray. Not worth that at all especially after a 2 hour wait.

Absoloutley disgusting. The pizza dough seemed reheated chewy round the edges and was overly greasy. My partner ordered the meat feast calazone, the crust round the edge was raw and the meat inside wasn't cooked, and was stone cold‍ definitley will not be ordering again & glad I didn't feed this to my kids.

The only place in Donny where you can wait two hours for an order, be told twice its out for delivery and then the third time you ring them they say they haven't got your order. So, why couldn't their staff say so first time around? I could have reordered, but no they just questioned my integrity, by saying are you sure you made the order, because there is nothing on our system. I have been a customer of theirs since they opened, and used them regularly as our go to place for pizza. Never again!

Wow! I have been a customer here for years now since my mum always used to order food for me and her when I was a kid and I always loved it. I have myself been ordering from here for quite a while now and they have really outdone themselves this time! My card was declined for an order because I was getting a new card on the day of the order but I am fairly new to the world of banking amdnonline payments, after talking on the phone for a bit, the manager Alex was kind and generous enough to let me have my food that night and let me pay at a later date due to me being a regular customer, which I have done now, great customer service and food as always!

Completely lost our trust and our future service this evening after making an order by the app and calling twice to chase the order to be told its on its way, only to be told after the third phone call 2 hours later that we never made an order and can we prove it and our previous calls. The owner stated there was nothing he could do, not even an apology for errors in chasing. It's not like we are trying to prank you guys with dodgy orders... We are long term regulars of yours, having been down to the shop many times! A serious overhaul of customer service is needed.

Worst kebab ever!!!!! Man who answered the phone was abrupt and sounded like he couldn’t wait to get you off the phone…what else, told him then again, what else and then ok bye! Didn’t repeat the order to me, hence why they got it wrong!!!! All sauces I asked for and got none, couldn’t even chew the kebab meat and the chicken was like cardboard! Sauces!!!!! I needed a bucket of water to moisten that rubbish. Will never order again, totally rubbish!!!!
