Bella Pizza has been my families go-to pizzeria for the past 6 years and this has been for good reason. The food never fails to satisfy and they stay consistent. Well done Bella, you have done great
We ordered food on 28th December, was told it would be an hour it took nearly 2 and a half, we chased twice, each time to be told it would be 10 mins, although they gave us some cake, the order was wrong and cold. We did call to tell them the order was wrong but the girl on the phone didn't seem too interested. They didn't at anytime we called. It was our first time trying and will deffo never again! Would leave zero stars if there was an option!!!
If you actually want a pizza to eat would suggest you don't order from here. After 2 hours and 15 minutes and 6 phone we still didn't have a pizza so I cancelled. Staff were very rude, hung up on my twice and never rang back when they said they would to confirm where my order was, nor would they refund my order.
Bella pizza has always been the best pizza shop in my eyes the staff are always helpfull and friendly and the food is always cooked to perfection. It's very rare I leave bella disappointedFood: 5/5

First time ordering and will definitely be the last, over 2hrs for delivery, poor customer service, was fobbed off numerous times when asking where my order was for it to finally turn up and food be wrong, will most definitely not be ordering from them again.
It's a shame about this pizzeria. it used to be very customer friendly and if there was an issue they would rectify it. I don't go there anymore.Food: 3/5
Recently phoned in an order, they said it'll be ready in 15 mins, so got there 15 mins later, guess what... it hadn't even been prepared, had to wait there another 15 mins! This has happened numerous times but now won't waste my time, will use another takeaway from now on
Not one really for pizza or kebabs but every now and again, its an alternative to normal takeaways. Sorry to say but everytime we order from belle the nxt morning is spent running to the toilet.
Never had any issues ever till tonight...It was cold and really poor, so weird as its normally amazing... Evetything was soggy and had been packed a good while...the Calzone was just cheese and onion, it also contained 10 bits of tiny chicken and hardly any sweetcorn, and not cooked through...the chicken strips were so soggy, as were the chips, they had been packed very hot the put in a polystyrene box and crushed at the bottom of the bag...we pay more as it's normally brilliant, but with this being our only treat in the current climate, doubt I will order again... People can't afford to waste money on garbage food... incredibly disappointed.
