Visiting the area from the US and needed to send something out via the DHL service point here, had no idea what I was doing, Cam Kam? was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the steps, very much appreciated. Not sure if I'll ever be in the area again but if I am I'll know where to drop by.

Becca has been a huge help me and my partner over the course of yesterday. She was so understanding of my difficulties and treated me with human kindness and respect. She spent time and energy helping me find the best course of action as i needed my things out that day as i was moving last minute. Becca is a credit to the Safestore franchise and this should be reflected in career progression opportunities presented to her. She also deserves a pay rise!
