Confusion as to delivery address and guys were due to unpack and put in place which was paid for. I was not there so guys dropped of at my office/lockup and didnt mention to guy that they were to install and put it in garage.Phoned guys just down the road and they refused to come back and take correct address down the road.Called office next day and was told would be another 3-4 weeks before they could reschedule.I had to hire a van and a helper to collect and install myself.
The two gentlemen who delivered my divan were very professional and helpful phoned me to say they would be with me in a few minutes. Very smooth operation. Thank you.
Delivery organised well and the delivery men were excellent. Careful not to cause any damage and set the bed and headboard up for us very well. Thank you.
