I have to say that this company is really amazing, Joe helped me via email with my Cycle to work Scheme and he was so cool. In 1 day my bike arrived in my city in Kent. Next day he found a good deal for me again, this time a Marlin 6 for my wife. Super quick and easy to get the bike. Next day the bike was here as well. All Terrain Cycles were offering a very good deal on a Tacx Smart Trainer. So ordered my smart trainer over a bank holiday, 2nd working day my order was processed as advised on my confirmation email, and received the trainer on the 3rd day. All nicely packaged.  Excellent service. Trainer was set up and working within 20 mins. Really happy with All Terrain Cycles and will look to using them again for my other cycling needs.  Thank you.

I had recently ordered this bike with another supplier who ended up cancelling my order almost a week after I had placed it.  I then found All Terrain Cycles who were superb from start to finish. Not only did Natasha answer my chat queries within minutes but the company was able to deliver my shiny new bicycle, ready built,  in a couple of days.  I can't fault the service & would definitely recommend.

Have had such a good experience with these guys. Their website is easy to use, all information present for the Trek bike that I bought, and importantly they were the only shop to have stock of the bike that I wanted at the best price on the internet. Ordered late evening, built and shipped the following day, then arrived on day 2! Now that's service! Thanks so much will use again

I was looking for a specific eMTB and found what I wanted via the Web. Upon phoning I was offered advice on the sizing and their actual shop stock, ahead of a 115 mile journey. Upon arrival the bike was already put aside and then I physically checked the size, which was spot on.  Before travelling I’d checked the price, which was the lowest and with 3 years 0% and completed the transaction in minutes. The handover was comprehensive and thorough. Excellent service and I see no reason why I won’t be back.

First All Terrain Cycles because one of the few places still having 10 speed 105 rear derailleur in stock and at a very good price as well. Delivery was very fast. I definitely recommend this shop.

Excellent Customer Service and excellent delivery!  I was seeking a bike which other stockists were giving me lead times ranging from six weeks to seven months - All Terrain were able to offer 'next week' which actually turned out to be next day!  I received very helpful responses to questions about the condition of the bike when sent and as promised it was sent with the complex setting up done with just the simple final assembly for me.  I am very pleased with the purchase and the customer service - highly recommended.

Although I was aware of All Terrain Cycles, I had never placed an order before now. Very pleased with the service, really quick delivery and a very reasonable shipping charge. Website was easy to navigate and place order, good range of just about everything in stock. Would use again for sure.
