Great staff, especially Liz who helped me get my parcel off to Australia today. Really helpful,  knowledgeable and proficient.

Today I attempted to collect a parcel from this post office. The staff on showing them proof of attempted delivery looked for my parcel and said it wasn't in their premises. In their presence I phoned the delivery company twice and during this they we're totally defensive in their  post office conduct, several times I asked them to check again, their response was to blame the delivery driver, as they always make mistakes recently. After 25 minutes on my mobile checking for the parcel, one of the staff found my parcel by the office door frame, the parcel was seven foot in length, hardly a parcel you'd miss. I got no apology, customer service skills were absurd! I'd loose my job if I performed like this! How unprofessional these two girls were.
