A lovely set up restaurant. The food was lovely and the staff were excellent. As we went in a group we ordered a variety of dishes and shared it between us.

Great place for late night food. Food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Staff are also lovely. Great vegetarian options.

I really fancied Turkish food so I decided to google a local one and this one came up. I came her with my family & it was good but not great. Fairly overpriced for the things they sell and the portion size. A can of soft drink should not be £2. But other than that, the food itself was nice, chicken and lamb cooked well, presentation could’ve been better but besides that it was good. Customer service was great, waiters were very polite, friendly and attentive. Besides the overpricing and portion size, the staff definitely made me feel welcome and I would definitely return.  The restaurant itself looked very clean, modern, smell was nice and atmosphere was good.

We will always choose Alkis. I only have good things to say, every time we went, we were served fresh food, the experienced staff know what customer service means, everything is very clean and nice. Highly recommended *****

Wonderful place for dinner, service was exceptional they went above and beyond to accommodate my friends and I on our monthly get together. Food was perfect, atmosphere was great. We all have no problems at all in recommending this restaurant to anyone, it was a really lovely evening made better by the staff at Alkis *****Food: 5/5

I’m a regular customer and food is always good! Their bread is just the best! It’s also so cheap compared to other similar restaurants.

Food was delicious but stuff really awful. Our waitress disspeared, maybe she went home. She took menu, we couldn't check the desserts or anything. Then we called them 6 times to pay, we've been totally ignored by a waiter man working there. No one ever looked our way or checked on us if food is okay. When we were leaving they didn't say goodbye, nothing. I never saw such rude, ignoring and unwelcoming stuff.

Very clean and wonderfully decorated restaurant. The staff are very polite. Serves good quality food for reasonable prices.

There are 2 alkis restaurants... The one on holmstall avenue is the one you want!! The food is impeccable as is the service. I'm not sure they do delivery, but is well worth the trip if you can collect yourself. I walked there on Saturday last to collect my order, was well worth the near hypothermia was freezing out and the chilli sauce defo helped warm me up once I got home.... RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!

Great food and nice atmosphere, with very friendly and accomodating service. The bread and salad is included and always a nice start to the meal. To finish they serve you tea. What's not to love?
