If I could give a 0 star I would! completely avoid this place ordered on new years day at 101am, never came so rang them said it would be about 10-15 minutes nothing came. Went to ring again and there phones were turned off. So I didn't get my food asked for a refund the next day they said they would process it, still waiting now. Then rang them again today to ask where it was and was told that it had been delivered. So said there was cctv on the house was not delivered at all now refusing to give me my money back. Not to mention the person on the phone screaming at me when I said I would escalate it further. This place needs shutting down!
This takeaway is not worthy of a 1 star but the review will not let it give me a zero. Food was not edible. The chicken did not taste like chicken and way too salty! Donner kebab meet was dry and crusty. The order was supposed to be delivered within 40 mins and it took 1 hour 30. The man on the phone when we called the takeaway was shouting and we could not understand a word and then he hung up. Appaling customer service and all the food went in the bin Disgusting DO NOT ORDER HERE
The absolute worst. Do not order from here We ordered and nothing turned up. We kept ringing for updates - they kept saying “on way on way” then completely ignored us. I rang and rang and rang but didn’t have reply despite paying, completely waste of money and Time and they re trash. Don’t bother.
Absolutely appalled. We ordered a takeaway from here at 1.00am. Estimated delivery was 1.40am - 2.00am. Received a text to say the order was on its way at 1.41am. The delivery driver did not turn up until 2.40am and therefore one hour after the text and one hour forty minutes after the time of order. We had rang the restaurant in the meantime to request a delivery update. Unsure exactly what the guy said on the phone as it just seemed nonsense rambling, although could make out a “won’t be long” somewhere amongst it all. Received a notification from just eat asking me to review the order now that it has been ‘delivered’. Only it had NOT been delivered by that point. Left a negative review. When the delivery driver EVENTUALLY turned up, she came to the door empty handed, stating she could not deliver her food to us because her “****hole” boss said she could not give it to us until we “removed the negative review”. We explained we had paid for the food and therefore expected to receive it, albeit late. The girl explained one again that her boss would not allow her to deliver it until we removed the review. To humour the “****hole” boss, I made efforts to remove the review in front of the girl. I was not given the option to do this online. The girl quite clearly embarrassed at what she was being made to do by her ‘boss’ then said she would tell him the customer had made attempts to remove the review but could not. She then said she would reply to our review and asked that we respond to it saying it was a “mistake”. We humoured her and her ‘boss’ by saying we would. She then handed over the food and left. Quite frankly this is the most APPALLING customer service we have EVER experienced. If you do not want negative reviews, then improve your customer service and the positive reviews will naturally follow. If you do not like a review, do not hold your customers to ransom essentially, stating that unless they remove the review IMMEDIATELY then the food, which has already been PAID FOR, will not be handed over. This is not to mention the fact that the food was cold by the time we came to eat it possibly because of all the DISGUSTING commentary by your delivery driver on the doorstep, which she was quite clearly being forced to do. We have ordered from you previously, but will NEVER return.
One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Teesside, good price too.
Really enjoyed the pizza here and I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting shocking food. Lads behind the counter were amazing and All in all I really enjoyed it.
To be totally honest the food is nice but the delivery timing is not good they seriously need to get more drivers and resolve the delivery issues as I know it’s not easy to employ delivery drivers who are willing to work late I understand the frustration and the problem but I hope they can resolve the problem
Absolutey dreadful would never order from here again food turned up 2 hours later after First orderd stone cold rude staff place needs closing down how there still operating is beyond me
Good pizza but takes about 4 years to come and they’ll blame you . I’d avoid in future.
Ordered food on just eat which has been paid for and was meant to be here at 1:20am. Just eat is Saying order complete yet no food has arrived and it’s currently 2:00am. Trying to ring the shop but getting ignored.
