Excellent food and wonderful staff. Highly recommended
food was very nice we had prawn cocktails for starters which were very good and then a pathia and a dansak which were both fresh and perfect levels of spice, also the staff were very welcoming and friendly, definitely will be visiting again xxx
Upon entry to the restraint I was immediately approached by a waiter informing me that “We don’t serve halal food here.” I was surprised to be profiled due to my skin colour and spent the rest of the meal upset, especially considering the next 3 customers were not asked. We were served brusquely and left after eating quickly. When I called to discuss what had happened, I was unable to get a word in sideways and finished the call barely having uttered a sentence. I could write plenty of the food, however do not wish to appear petty. Please try to avoid supporting this behaviour.

Tonight was our first Indian in a very long time. It was absolutely delicious, so tender and wow just wow the butter chicken and korma was so beautiful. One of the best we've honestly had. Brilliant value for money also we will definitely be back again very soon.staff polite and helpful many thanks Kristina
Just had my husbands birthday here and there were 32 of us taking up the restaurant. All the guys at Alis were amazing. They looked after us really well and nothing was too much for them. The food All came out at the same time and was lovely as always. Thank you so much for helping to make Colins birthday such a great one

Great service, very hospitable, lovely meals and very enjoyable evening.
Was in Ali’s yesterday evening with best friend Jo. We had a great mixture off the menu and as always was great food every time. Won’t go anywhere else, the best curry by far.
