Our first time here. An amazing warm welcome coupled with fantastic and attentive service. Fabulous food, properly cooked by a superb chef. Sat in the garden with live entertainment on a gorgeously sunny afternoon. Pricing is a little on the high side until you taste the food. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you
A very warm welcome and excellent service to this restaurant. The food was fantastic. We were in a party of 6 that stayed overnight. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will look forward to another stay.
This was a birthday meal. We both loved it, it's difficult to serve steak for two different needs. That said the Château Briand shared by us was excellent ...served medium rare.nAdditionally as one of us did not want a potato side dish we were able to substitute the cabbage great customer service.nThank you.
Only here for a night, but had a really relaxing stay, perfect getaway from the city. The room was cozy and really clean, like insanely clean - I ran my finger over the top of the bathroom mirror and there wasn't a spec of dust. At all. There was plenty of complimentary coffee and tea in the room and welsh cakes for when you arrive and breakfast was included in the price. Even though it's a steakhouse, the veggie breakfast was banging, the best one I've ever had and it was free. FREE!!
Best place in Usk.nA 5 star experience in every way.nA truly stunning restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the manager Sian and shown to a lovely table.nThe ambiance here is just right, the decor is stunning, really cosy.nnThe food is second to none.nThe Wallace signature dish was amazing cooked to perfection and sides of stemmed broccoli and crispy cabbage were delicious.nCompliments to the chef Matt !!nnDefinitely worth a visit, can’t wait to return.
