Haven't even visited this care home only basing this review on an experience I had last night, I work in a pub nearby and had a resident with dementia confused and lost turn up outside the pub at 1230am, after 2 1/2 hours of talking to him and researching the little information he remembered, was finally able to find out he had walked out of a this care home and made his way to the pub . After calling the care home for the second time first time they didn't answer a worker who didn't seem to concerned or greatful for that matter, came to collect him. Her response was simply 'he must of gone through the fire exit.' How was this patient allowed out,he should be protected, I'm unaware if they had even noticed he had been missing but it didn't seem like it! She seemed confused when told he had turned up at 1230a. Maybe put alarms on the fire exit doors in future.. this could have ended up alot worse and I'm glad it didn't oh and you're welcome by the way.

A very nice place!! It's possible to go with kids. Ther's an option to hire peddaling boat and just flow 30 min' with ducks. Very good caffe to sit.

Excellent staff and ambiance. Very caring care home
