Quality is poor, prices are too high. Even at sales. What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost when ordered online and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from you
I love ALDO, how ever, I may not come back to this location. The cashier lacked of knowledge about the products prices charging me full price on items on discount, if at least she was humble enough to say sorry I won’t be doing this review but instead she was arrogant. The worse part was watching her showing attitude to an Indian lady because she also lacked of understanding propel English, the lady was very easy to understand but the cashier, again, wasn’t humble enough so showing bad attitude was her way out.
Quite possibly the most disappointing shoe purchase I've ever made. Within one month of purchasing shoes which cost £80 the outside was flaking off and the sole was separating from the upper. So disappointed. Only giving 2 stars because the service was friendly and fast.
these shoes torn down after I wore them only for 2 months. i took them to the shop i bought and they refused to exchange or refund. such a waste of money! big disappointment.
Order, affordable, work together
Don’t shop there, it’s not safe. My phone got stolen at Aldo yesterday, they said they don’t have cameras, JUST HOW? Also the team made me feel what happened to me was so normal and it happens everyday.
Great customer service! Bought the shoes 3 days ago and It was small. unfortunately I didn't keep the box. Although the policy is no changing without packaging but the gentleman called George helped me with changing the size. He was very polite and helpful. Thanks George.
I loved shoes I got, but the customer service was bad here.
Bought shoes for work and for one of the first times decided to treat myself to some ‘better quality’ shoes from a ‘better brand’. Shoes fell apart within a month. Customer services very unhelpful. If you are going to buy shoes from Aldo make sure you do so online, they won’t last any longer, but they might be half interested in trying to help with your return.
Good products for a fair price, but don't count on the customer service. The staff that handled me didn't smile and looked distracted. I requested a size and it was unavailable, the staff then insisted on me to buy a size smaller for some reason. She didn't look impressed when I ask her to locate the same product at another branch either. The store is clean and has great layout though.
