i bought water  6x2 litres  x 2 pack  and I informed the till operator that I had water which is heavy for to lift on to the till she asked me to lift it for scanning. The next person had  only one pack of small bottle water ,She just said she has water under the trolley and she was not even asked to lift it up for scanning,Can the till operator on  Till number 5 at 0950 treat customers fairly please,On the 17/09/2024

Appalling customer service from an incredibly rude security guard with a chip on his shoulder. He rudely accused me of trying to steal a plastic basket, muttered under his breath and sucked his teeth in the presence of my elderly Mother who felt quite intimidated. Manners and civility cost nothing,  hardly the crown jewels you’re guarding  so get over yourself!

Shop itself is fine with great staff. What let's it down is the parking situation - in particular entering and exiting it. It took me close to 30 minutes to get out of the car park due to the traffic lights. Something needs to be done

The shop was how all Aldi shops are, great value for money. My rationale for giving 1 star is the stupid parking layout, no customer should wait for 25 minutes to leave after completing their shopping because of the mayhem in the car park. Prevent people from cutting across the parking bays using barriers and have a clearly marked 1 way system. Ridiculous

Bought a product that was saying best before February went back to let them know and to have a look at the products so somebody else won't have same surprise as me and the girl from self check out called me silly and tell me I can still consumed even though I show to her the product saying best before February and now being April I dont really wanna consume something that was best before couple of months especially when I pay full price for product I wanna buy something that is still in best before date as if I knew from the beginning this is the case I would not been bothered buying it  also the store manager didn't seem to impress...
