I went to the Aldi in 4 Brook Street, Knutsford, WA16 8BN and had quite an unpleasant experience. We were about to go and pay at 3:58pm, the shop closes at 4, however in most supermarkets this means they give you a few minutes adter 4 to pay. This wasn’t the case in this shop, we first had a woman shout at us and tell us to head to the check out at 3:58. She then shouted “Now!” As we were walking there. Then only seconds later a man shouted at us saying “you better hurry up with that or you won’t get served at the check outs.” This made us really uncomfortable as we were being shouted at by two members of staff despite it being two minutes to closing time. Any other supermarket brand I have been in allows you a few minutes after closing time to get out. It was clear these two workers did not care about others’ feelings and just wanted to go home. It made us wonder how they ever got the job. I will however add that it was only these two members of staff who unfortunately I didn’t get their name. Other members of staff there were lovely and it was visible they were embarrassed on behalf of their co-workers. This is really unfortunate as it has put us off going to this Aldi and it makes me wonder how you would be treated if you were elderly going in that shop. Would they be shouted at and made to feel uncomfortable too?
Love Aldi wines-- and their own brand mushroom pasta sauce is delicious!! Crinkly crisps my favourite too. What can I say?? Bought a 3 seater bench/sun bed last week, easily adaptable, for £200, and actually managed to get it all in the back of my open top car thank goodness and it's FANTASTIC!!- so versatile!! Now we're heading back for the fab bargain blow up pools-- really great prices, absolutely amazing!! Well done Aldi, your proving you're the best every single day-- I wouldn't shop anywhere else keep those bargains coming-- best wishes, Olivia.

ALDI is an excellent supermarket that provides high-quality products at very affordable prices. The store layout is simple and well-organized, allowing customers to shop efficiently. The cleanliness of the store and the professionalism of the staff contribute to a pleasant shopping experience
A really good Aldi branch. Clean, airy, modern design. Great staff.
