When asking for a bag to put jacket spuds in the guy was a complete arrogant staff member. His attitude always comes across as being higher than the customer.
Probably really handy for parents but a very poor selection for everyone else.nnTheir veggie and fruit aisle never seems to have the important items, I’ve never been able to buy the right ingredients for simple meals so if you also like to cook from scratch this isn’t your shop. What is there is often okay looking, but tastes of nothing but water. Look elsewhere for these.nnThey do decently priced milk, juice and chicken. They also stock alot of pre-made sauces and other convience food. After that the shop is pretty much exclusively snacks and very poor quality home and DIY goods.nnTheir “middle aisle” items are often very over priced, same tat you can get on Temu for £1 but they charge £11.99. Plastic everywhere.nnThey do affordable nappies, crisps and other savoury and sweet snacks.nnAnd entire aisle is dedicated to off brand cereal same quality as brand but 70% of the price and bear identical loaves of white bread.nnProbably great for pantry staples for parents who want to save money. Not at all worth it for almost anyone else when there is a lidl 5 minutes down the road.
Plenty of parking.nStore was tidy compared to some other Aldi's I've been in.
Regularly experience slim pickings here. Often lacking in produce on the meat and vegetable shelves and no staff about to restock them. A pallet of damaged egg cartons with cracked eggs leaking everywhere was left in place.
Great location so close to the hospital, friendly staff and stocked shelves. What more can you ask for.
