This is my local Aldi store. It is a mid-sized store but they have 99% of our weekly groceries. The only downside is that the absence of a customer toilet
Terrible and rude workers. Tell me to go to one till that was not even working, walked off when I was speaking, one guy on my last visit embarrassed me on the self check out, and on occasions I hear the manner they speak to each other. The store is also needing a good clean and the prices are not as good as they used to be compared to other supermarkets
The location was easy to locate. Had most of the items I wanted to buy and the staffs were helpful as well
Car park always full - way to small. Cashier closed her till even though I only had one item to pay for! Half the self service checkouts closed even though massive queue for self service tills despite them all being operational! Took 2 members of staff to investigate my overpriced item. What a joke of a store! Worst aldi ever been in! Oh yeah and middle has gone rubbish in rhe last 12 months. Lidl middle isle so much better and organised! Seems Aldi have become complacent with their market dominance....what a shame!
It's cheaper than some grocery stores. It gets packed with long queues and the aisles are somewhat narrow. Otherwise it's budget friendlier. There's good customer service on top of that.
