This opening was probably the most exciting thing to happen in Guiseley for a decade. It's pretty good though, good size aisles and the checkouts aren't too bad to get through- they seem responsive to putting people on when it's busy. The staff are friendly too.
The Aldi offering is excellent on price , range and quality. Bread, wines and frozen are outstanding. But this store lacks. It is fairly small and this means serious congestion when busy. The aisles are sometimes cluttered with large empty cages, which is poor. The staff are less than friendly and appear unhappy. Last visit, I was accused outside in front of others by security, of stealing all my groceries, but fortunately had my receipt to hand. No apology . Obviously the staff are in need of more training and better management. A great shopping formula badly spoilt for me.
Cheaper to shop . Easy access and plenty of parking. Gets very busy between 10am to 4pm!!nA disabled toilet tucked in the corner!!!Good disabled parking bays
