Now owned by an American company, charges similar to a private medicine for humans. If you want rid of your money use this vet. Wasn't overly impressed with the care either.

if i could give less stars i would. this vet practice is a classic example of well to do clients able to afford their ridiculous prices....and us mere mortals feel like we have been mugged, both parties want the same end results....sometimes the telephone advice is shocking and attitudes for general care towards smaller pets( not cats and not dogs) are abominable. advice?-do your wallet and animal a favour and go somewhere else

Our usual vet couldn't take us for a same day appointment so I phoned Albavet who gave us an appointment within the hour. They were great with our old cat - very thorough and within a few days she was back to normal. A very friendly and professional service.

The staff are wonderful and it is not often u have to wait 4 an appointment. During the last few weeks of our beautiful cat the staff were exceptional, both to the family and to Sweepy. Many thanks.
