Beautifully presented salon with a clean and comforting feel. From the minute you walk through the door you’re welcomed and looked after. Lily went above and beyond with my treatment, offering genuine advice on various other products and treatments I was interested in.
The atmosphere at Alak is always welcoming and friendly. Kala does my treatments and she is lovely, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
A hidden gem! I have had my nails gel polish done here a few times. First time I had an issue where the polish started to peal a few days after it was done, I phoned the salon and it was corrected free of charge. My eyebrows have also been mircobladed by Kala owner. She was friendly, knowledgeable and they were a great price. I love them! All staff are friendly and it is a great place to go to unwind and pamper yourself. They have a spa as well which looks clean and relaxing. Im looking forward to use it once COVID ends. Once you find a salon, you stick to it. This is definitely a place i will return to.
Best Beauty spa in Somerset!! Kala is by far the best eye lash technician I have ever been too! Forever pre booking 3 months ahead just so she can do my eyelashes. Amazing every time, can not fault them!!
Absolutely brilliant!!!! Me and the wife had the most amazing massage by Lily and Katie and the spa facilities were awesome. Also well looked after from start to finish by Nikki so thank you ladies. 5 star treatment. Highly recommend

I can't thank Kelly enough for her great service. Very professional and informative about all my procedures, I have been going for laser hair removal and it has worked 100% for me. I can't believe I left it so long, I have also used Kelly for my botox, I would highly recommended her.
I have been going to ALAK for some years now and I must say that Kala and the rest of the staff are amazing, so professional and caring they cannot do to much to help you and will always make you feel welcome. The Spa itself is second to none for treatments and facilities. If your thinking of making a visit I would highly recommended you will not be disappointed all in all a great Spa with great staff. I would highly recommend this Spa to all.
