My dad didn't want any fuss for his funeral, so we had the basic package, but in no way did it look basic. The staff were courteous, friendly and very, very helpful. Having the basic package didn't seem to have any bearing on the way we were treated either. Everyone at the funeral commented on how well the service went, so thanks for making an upsetting event, easier for us to cope with. I would definitely use them again – I just hope I don't need to.
