We booked in advance for the price of £83 a taxi for somebody arriving who was disabled in in a wheelchair, who had had a motorcycle accident. They charged us extra because they were going to give full service waiting for this client , helping them with the luggage because they had been in a terrible motorcycle accident. What actually happened was they never showed up slammed the phone down both on the guy in the wheelchair and the person who organised it 5 to 7 times. Disgustingly rude attitude. We wrote in to ask for the money back, they never answered!My friend who had a terrible motorcycle accident had to go to the top rate airport taxi and pay £112, on top of £83 to get home and had to walk when he was supposed to stay in the wheelchair. Do not use this service!Service: Limousines
Absolute DISGRACE. Kabbee/Airport direct - if you are going to charge more because we have luggage, despite us hiring the entire car - at least make it more obvious in the app. Instead your driver turns up late, in a massive van, then promptly refuses to take me because I have luggage, as if I am trying to scam him. I ended up using Uber - a Toyota Prius took me with all my luggage with no problems at all and it was cheaper. ZERO STARS
Terrible customer service!!!! Steer clear of Airport Direct at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed as I booked this service 3 days in advance with Kabbee to take my parents to the airport for a well deserved holiday. I called 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time to confirm the amount of luggage we had. The driver turned up late, shouted at my father and then at me when I asked him to stop shouting at my father and then refused to take us. At this point he had already loaded our luggage! Apparently, he took issue with the time it took for two OAPs and a "young lady" as he had the gall to call me to bring our luggage from the house to the car. This is notwithstanding that Kabbee promises free 30 minutes waiting time. He also said he was in a rush because he had a job waiting for him at the airport. When I called the office, they didn't offer to intervene and were unable to offer an alternative car so in the end we had no option but to go with him, after my father talked him down. He had the cheek to say that the only reason he didn't refuse to take us earlier is because I paid in advance. He was a completely unreasonable grump, clearly taking his bad day out on us, the customers, which was bad enough. What I found even more disappointing was that the company did nothing to help when I called. A shocking experience all around for a company whose title implies they're in the holiday/leisure industry, as this was definitely not how anyone would want to start off a holiday!
Can we leave 0 stars? A disgrace of a service, cancelling 12 minute before pick up time, which then resulted in another company picking up the job scheduled 30 min later. They should be revoking licenses of these companies not uber
UNRELIABLE AND DIDNT SHOW UP. Booked via Kabbee for airport pickup at 745am. Didn’t show up until 40min later! Completely unreliable and ended up booking an Uber instead almost missing my flight. Don’t risk it with this company. Unnecessary stress.
Abysmal service! Booked a cab for Heathrow airport, 10mins before arrival time, the driver cancels. Called the office and I was told a new driver is on its way and will be with me for the time requested. 20mins later, still no cab. They completely overlooked the fact that I had a flight to catch and London traffic is horrible! Had to rely on my local cab service, had to pay extra but at least they rescued me when I needed it.
Awful driving and the driver was farting all the time! Disgusting! !!! I booked through Kabbee, never ever again! !
sorry wrong company. I was looking for airport direct flight booking at Bournemouth airport.
Don't bother with this company. Cancelled half hour before a booking. Rude on the phone.
What a terrible and rude service. Never never never again
