Not even 1 star worst service ever. 9 hour flight 3 young girls with us. Operator tells lies about pick up/ return had us stood waiting in cold for over an hour. Had to ring 5 times and they got arsey with me. jokes
First time users and we were impressed. Arrived to pick us up on time,and when we returned and rang to say we were on our way out of Leeds Bradford Airport, they were awaiting us. We will definitely be using them again.
Absolutely first class service. We were over from Sweden to visit family and decided to take a transfer to save us waiting an age to pick up a rental car. Pick-up at both ends was worked perfectly, drivers very polite and helpful. Booking and payment was incredibly easy, the staff friendly and helpful when I called their office. We will definitely be using their service in the future. Thank you. Three years on and we have used their services several times. Still just as good. Very reliable. Get you to the airport on time.
We have used airline connections on a number of occassions and found them to be cost effective travel to and from the airport. The drivers are friendly and prompt and follow your flight details to ensure they are there when you need them. On occassion we have had to change our return flight for a few days and a simple email and a no fuss change is implemented. Mini buses are clean and modern so a no fuss start and end to your holiday.
I travel down the a m62 daily, on many occasions I see an ALC minibus in the out side lane full of passengers doing over 90mph do you not have a duty of care to your passenger

31st May travelled from Turkey to Manchester, we were among the thousands delayed getting out of the airport 9 hours later than expected. A big thankyou to the young lady at Air-Line Connections who contacted me to update me on pick-up ,we were collected without delay and had a fast journey home to Leeds. Thankyou to all at Air-Line Connections for making a very stressful experience a lot more bareable .
Can’t fault them 5stars well deserved . Used it more than three times but I’ve never had any issues whatsoever.
I just want to say what a competent and well mannered Sean the mini bus driver is. On arrival into the uk he was there within five minutes. Unfortunately we got stuck on the motorway due to an accident and he kept his cool throughout. I didn’t get home for nearly three and a half hours but Sean definitely made up time once we were going again. Airline connections should be very proud of this chap. Well done Sean
