Great service. Lovely fake ale pie... Huge! And most yummy brownie. Staff very knowledgeable of covid guidelines.
Food good. Drinks good. Service good. It wasn't very busy maybe the hot weather and football kept people away. Would recommend.
Absolutely amazing food every single time I have been. This new cluck and ale burger or something was amazing, humungous burger, but amazing. I think it had a whole chicken in there not just a breast fillet. Puddings are lovely. Reasonably priced and service is always lovely.
Lovely food,great value ,big portions,but had to wait nearly a hr for food
Lovely time had at the Tavern. A lunch time date for two and the first time since lockdown. All kitted out for COVID and the staff are polite attentive and the food is decent and plentiful. We just had a shared starter and drinks and that was sufficient for both of us too. Enjoyable and relaxed time too. No rushing to fill.
Lady on the front counter shockingly bad attitude and should not be allowed in contact with customers guessing she was in charge. Never seen a place so empty but guessing it’s because of the poor and rude management. Very tired and dirty inside. Other staff members were helpful and pleasant.food ok for pub grub. Would never go back.
Friendly staff. Breakfasts were good standard stuff. Can't comment on evening meals as we didn't use them in the evening. Mostly because we were out all day.
