Air-IT have been our IT service provider for over four years now and we’d have no problem recommending them to others. The service desk team always help to resolve our issues and queries quickly and our account manager keeps in regular contact. After reviewing our previous back up and disaster recovery solution we decided to upgrade to Datto, as recommended for our needs. From start to finish, the process was straight forward and quick and we’re extremely pleased with the result and knowing our data is safe.

I've worked with Air-IT for a number of years now and have always found them to be a highly professional company with great standards of customer service. Their technical expertise in IT and communications is second to none, with a speedy response to any service desk enquiries. 

Their new state of the art offices in Sandiacre are extremely impressive with excellent facilities; it's always good to see a business taking care of their staff. I'd be pleased to recommend Air-IT to any business in the East Midlands looking for high quality managed IT and comms support.

Air-IT replaced a substandard previous service provider we had two years ago. They completed a total Infrastructure refresh for us with a considerable amount of resiliency built in to our new systems, completed without incident and very little down time.

Last year they set up all the infrastructure and staff IT equipment for a new business we set up for 70+ staff, something they achieved in a very short and challenging time frame.

In addition to this, the level and standard of technical support provided, both by the guys on the helpdesk and the on-site Engineers has been exemplary. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Contacted Air IT with a view to arranging an upgrade from Exchange 2007 to 2013. The service received was exemplary from start to finish, Ben was very well prepared and the process went very well indeed. No problems at all and we are now running a shiny newer version. The price was very competitive. Thanks Guys.
