This is the first time using this cattery and after leaving our cat Chloe for 10 days we are very happy! All the pens are super clean and even in late September they are pretty busy. When we collected her, we could hear Sue talking to the cats while cleaning out the pens, and this was before she knew we had arrived! Highly recommended, thanks again Mark & Sylwia

We normally use Sowood Cattery which is only a couple of miles away but on this occasion, they were fully booked.

As for Warren House/Ainley Top cattery, I won't ever be using them again. First of all is the stupid drop off/collection times (afternoons are 2pm-4pm) meaning anyone working is up against it straight away. The cattery is also closed on Sundays, also not helpful, given most people need to use a cattery for their hols and reliant on a 7 day service. Sowood Cattery manages it, so why not here?

The deal breaker for me though was the owner. Rude, dismissive and brash. On drop off, she took me up to the pens. I had two cats to drop off so she took one of the carriers from me and took absolutely no care at all putting my cat in the pen, bashing the carrier (with my cat still in it) off three different surfaces as she went in. If she was prepared to be so careless while I was stood watching, it made me wonder how she'd be when I was gone.

Both cats also returned home today stinking of disinfectant.

Not at all impressed and would advise others who love their cats to stay well away. There are much better catteries you can use.
