Avoid. Very disappointing customer service. Endless texts advising you, the customer, how busy they are and that they will at some point in the future get round to dealing with your claim. Great words, supported by very little action. We're all busy, so get more staff to provide your client with a professional service rather than endless excuses. Not sure what affiliation Agria have with the Kennel Club, but in my view, the appalling level of service also brings the Kennel Club's reputation into dispute via the association with them. Not what anyone would expect from a company evidently endorsed by KC. Avoid.

Should change the name from Agria to Agro!! Unfortunately the lady I bought my puppy off sold him with the free four week puppy insurance, straight as it ended I used a better insurer. I had a phone call from Agria asking if I would like to renew the insurance and I said no. I had a phone call almost every day from them trying to get me to use them, after the first week it has become almost a weekly occurrence! Either an email, text ir phone call. Never knew buying a puppy meant I would be harassed constantly by a company that, I’m comparison to the one I am with at the moment, it just plain awful!!

I was advised to use this company by my breeder. I cannot begin to tell you how terribly bad their service is. Just received my renewal papers and there is an increase of over 70% from last year! From £1,059 to £1,819 with no claims made. Their service today - 08.01.18 - has been awful with no call backs being made and being left at no. 34 on hold with an expected answer time of over 40mins! Do yourselves a favour and shop around!

My dog is was recently diagnosed with a chronic and terminal brain disease. To date over £2500 has been claimed on our Insurance and payment by Agria has been extremely quick without any quibble or argument. A sad time for us but Agria have helped by easing any financial worry. This is second time we have claimed with this company and the service was equally good last time. Thank you Agria.A fantastic Insurance Company with great, friendly customer service. Agria does what it says on the tin!
